What NiveshSuchak is

NiveshSuchak is an informational tool for the Indian primary market. It shows IPO dates, price bands, subscription figures and grey market premium, and it retrieves allotment results for PANs you choose to save. Using the website or the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Nothing here is investment advice

We are not a broker, an investment adviser, a registrar, an exchange, or a SEBI-registered intermediary, and we are not affiliated with any of them. Nothing on this service is a recommendation to apply for, buy or sell any security. Every investment decision you make is yours alone, and you are responsible for its outcome.

• Grey market premium is unofficial, unregulated pricing quoted by third parties. It is an indication of sentiment, not a price you can transact at, and it changes through the day.
• IPO dates, price bands and subscription figures are aggregated from exchanges, registrars and public sources, and may lag or differ from the official announcement.
• Allotment results are reported exactly as the registrar returns them. Where a registrar is unreachable we say so rather than guess.
• Always confirm anything that matters against the registrar, the exchange, or the offer document before you act on it.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and capable of entering a contract under Indian law. You may save only a PAN that belongs to you, or one whose holder has asked you to check on their behalf, typically a family member. You are responsible for obtaining their permission, and for everything done through your account.

What you may not do

The service is for individual investors checking their own results. You agree not to:

• Submit PANs you have no permission to check, or use the service to harvest data about other people.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract our data, or attempt to overwhelm the service or the registrar portals behind it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any part of the service.
• Resell, redistribute or present our data as your own product.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind. We depend on exchanges, registrars and third-party publishers, and we do not control them: a source can go down, change format, or publish something wrong, and any of those will show up here. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any figure shown is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, opportunity, savings or data, arising from your use of the service, including any investment decision you make on the basis of information shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your submission of a PAN you had no right to check.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or puts the registrar portals we depend on at risk. You can close your own account at any time from the Account page. Doing so erases your PANs, saved applications and results immediately and permanently.

Intellectual property

The NiveshSuchak name, interface, design and software are ours. Company names, symbols and registrar names shown on the service belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the issue or the registrar concerned. Data sourced from exchanges, registrars and third-party publishers remains theirs.

Third-party links and services

Some registrars keep their allotment form behind a CAPTCHA or similar bot protection, which we do not attempt to bypass. For those issues we simply tell you that we cannot fetch the result yet. Where the service does link to an outside website, we neither control nor endorse that site, and whatever happens there is between you and its operator.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date below always reflects the current version, and for anything that materially affects you we will say so in the app or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
